these are two series of improvisations, four per day, on two different days.

all the improvs were recorded using one bass (roundwound strings on day 1; flatwound strings on day 2), and the pedals used were overdrive, clean/treble boost, fuzz, octave, bit crusher, envelope/low pass filter, detuner/chorus, volume pedal, tremolo (added for day 2), delay, reverb, looper, tremolo and looper in a stereo path straight into the mixer into ableton live with minimal processing (reverb) and eq.
