this is made up of two different groups of improvisations recorded on two different days with different intents.

the 6 february pieces are improvisations through the chord progressions of three jazz tunes. the bass used was a fretted 6-string bass with roundwound strings

the 16 february pieces are improvisations using some extended techniques i've been working on. the bass used was a fretless 6-string bass with flatwound strings

i played live into two cabinets, which was then recorded into abelton live. effects are compression and reverb in abelton. no other effects were used.
